Umetrion Digital

Effective 12 October 2026

Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Umetrion Digital collects, uses, and stores personal information submitted through umetrion.digital. It applies to visitors and to anyone who submits a consultation request. The operator of this site is Umetrion Digital, a digital consulting practice based in the United States.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly: name, email address, phone number if supplied, company name, and the content of your message. We also collect standard technical data generated by your browser, such as IP address, device type, and pages viewed, through server logs and analytics tools.

What you type into the form

Your name, email address, company name, an optional phone number, and the description of what you need help with. Nothing else is required to reach us.

What your browser sends on its own

Server logs and analytics record the IP address your connection uses, the type of device and browser, the pages you opened here, and when you opened them. These records are aggregated for site maintenance and abuse detection.

How we use information

Information submitted through the consultation form is used to respond to your request, schedule a call, and prepare for that call. Technical data is used to maintain the site, understand aggregate traffic patterns, and detect abuse.

We do not use your contact details for unrelated marketing without your consent. If you later decide you would rather not hear from us at all, say so in your reply and we will stop, and note the request against your record so it is respected the next time you write.

Sharing and third parties

We do not sell personal information. Data may be shared with service providers that support the site and our communications, such as email and scheduling tools, under agreements that limit their use of the data. We may disclose information where required by law or to protect legal rights.

Email and scheduling tools

These providers deliver our replies and hold the calendar booking for a call. They receive only what is needed to send the message or hold the slot, and they are not permitted to use it for their own marketing.

Hosting and analytics

Our hosting and analytics providers keep the site running and record aggregate traffic. Records are reviewed in summary form to spot outages, broken pages, and abuse patterns.

Legal disclosure

If a lawful order or a legal claim requires it, we may disclose information to the parties entitled to receive it. Where the law allows us to notify you first, we will.

Retention

Consultation request data is retained for as long as needed to handle the inquiry and for a reasonable period afterward for business records. Technical logs are retained for a shorter period consistent with normal server operations.

You may request deletion as described below. When a deletion request is accepted, we remove the record from active systems and let it cycle out of routine backups rather than pretending an irreversible wipe happened instantly.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object to certain uses. To make a request, email [email protected]. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

  • Access Ask what we hold about you and receive a copy of the record we keep for your inquiry.
  • Correction Point out a wrong name, address, or company detail and we will fix it in the record.
  • Deletion Request that your inquiry data be removed once the conversation no longer needs to continue.
  • Objection and restriction Tell us to stop a particular use or hold your data while a question about it is resolved.

Send any of these requests to [email protected]. We may ask a question or two to confirm which record belongs to you before acting on it.

Cookies and tracking

This site uses cookies and similar technologies. Details, including categories and how to manage them, are set out in the Cookie Policy.

Strictly necessary cookies keep the site and its forms working. Anything beyond that is described and can be turned off without losing access to the pages here.

Security

We apply reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is entirely secure, and we cannot promise that data will never be accessed without authorization.

Access to inquiry records is limited to the people who need it to answer you. If a breach ever affects your information, we will contact you as the applicable law requires.

Children and policy updates

Do you collect information from children?

This site is intended for business use and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, write to us and we will remove it.

How will I know if this policy changes?

We may update this policy from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the site after changes indicates acceptance of the revised policy. If a change is material and we hold your contact details from an inquiry, we will point it out in writing.
